We collect information directly from our corporate clients and their employees when they sign up for a policy with us. Purpose of Data Collection We collect this information for the purpose of providing insurance services to our corporate clients and their employees. We only share data with the parties involved in the Zoom First, which includes the insurance company, the employer (our corporate client), brokers (Zoom Insurance), and third-party administrators (TPAs). We do not share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent.

We take data security very seriously. We have implemented TLS encryption and have a full-proof firewall setup to protect your data. Your data is kept within the Zoom First server provider, and regular backups are taken on Zoom-owned internal servers.
User Rights
You have the right to change your personal information. However, if the information you want to change is policy-related, you may not be able to change it unless the change has not been endorsed in the policy.
